Matt Hotson appointed as an independent non-executive director
Record plc ("Record"), the specialist currency and derivatives manager, today announces the appointment of Matt Hotson as an independent non-executive director. The appointment is effective from today.
Matt is a highly experienced finance professional, having worked for more than 25 years at leading FTSE 100 Companies. His experience spans core finance, strategy, investor relations and business leadership gained from Arrow Global plc, RSA insurance Group plc, Cable and Wireless Worldwide plc and Legal and General Group plc.
Neil Record, Chairman of Record, commented: "I am delighted that Matt has accepted a position on the Record plc Board.
