Record plc PDMR / PCA Shareholding
Record plc ("Record"), the specialist currency and asset manager, today announces the transfer of shares on 15 March 2023 by way of gift from Neil Record to the Record Charitable Trust ("the Trust").
Neil Record, Chairman of Record, commented:
"Last March, we announced the start of a funding programme for an educational fund, held by the Trust, utilising Record plc shares held in my own name.
"The first tranche of two million shares was gifted to the Trust from my personal holding in March 2022, and this subsequent transfer represents the second tranche, which amounts to one million seven hundred fifty thousand shares. Over the longer-term, the Trust will sell shares in a series of orderly tranches in consultation with Record plc's Corporate Broker to continue to provide funds for scholarships, and to diversify its holdings."
