2022
Diversity Project – Record are members of the Diversity Project, a cross-company initiative championing a truly diverse, equitable and inclusive UK investment and savings industry.
2021
SASB – Record reports against the IFRS Foundation’s SASB standards to disclose financially material sustainability information.
UN Global Compact – Record committed to the UN Global Compact’s principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption. Read our commitment letter here.
BITC Race at Work Charter – Record signed up to the five principles of BITC’s Race at Work Charter, with the aim of tackling ethnic disparities in the workplace.
CDP – Record discloses to the CDP, an organisation who assess cities and companies on their climate impact and disclosures.
Insuring Women’s Futures – Record is a signatory of Insuring Women’s Futures Financial Flexible Working Pledge, the pledge addresses the monetary inequalities resulting from women typically acting as the primary carers for children or other family members.

TCFD – Record is a supporter of and reports in line with TCFD recommendations to assess climate risks and opportunities.
2018
UN PRI – Record has committed to adopting and implementing the United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment, aimed at aligning investment practices with ESG factors.
Swiss Sustainable Finance – aims to promote sustainability in the Swiss financial market.
FX Global Code – We are committed to a set of global principles of good practice in the foreign exchange market, promoting integrity and its effective functioning.
